Dear all,
I'm currently using Silverstone Kruizer NS500 with the size of 205/50R16. So far quite happy with it, reasonably good handling and grip, and give no problem to me so far for the past 3.5 years with 65k mileage.
But it's time to change now and I think this model is quite rare now. So would like to have some recommendations about which model to go for. 90% city drive, with occasionally long distance but no high speed >150. So safety (grip) and comfort (quite) will be my priority.
Budget around RM300, so for now my target is Conti MC5. But I have browsed around this forum and found out that I can get NT8000 for RM210 and PS3 for around RM450! Just wonder if the price different really worth it?
Thanks

QUOTE(Samurai X @ Dec 29 2012, 07:02 AM) If you okay with Silverstone Kruizer NS500, you will be amazed by the the Neuton NT8000 You sure the price is RM210 and not RM310 ker? I only use Silverstone Kruizer NS500 for 2 months then jual kat kawan. Dry grip so so only but very bad grip in wet. Maybe I drive lousy Thanks. I think I will go for either NT5000 or NT8000. The price should be correct, it's around RM210 to RM220, at least for Klang's price I always drive within the speed limit, maybe that's why I'm still OK with the Kruizer NS500 This post has been edited by atah: Dec 29 2012, 10:37 AM

After 1 year with Neuton NT8000 (205/50 R16), I would say it's very value for money. Recommended if you are looking for a budget tyre for normal drive.
But if you got extra budget and no need to change tyres every year, I would say it's worth to pay a bit more for the PS3 as the wet grip is much better than NT8000.
