the video is showing when both car are cornering..which is true that u may lost control if the rear tires have no thread to channel all the water..hence the car will hydroplanning

but if front tire no thread , you cant even get into corner when it is wet ie understeer will happen.

normally we just replace the worn tire with the new one...or rotate tyre frequently at fixed interval like 10,000km and change 4 all together when tires's thread are equally worn out..
