height clearance won't be an issues cine the profile/rim diameter is the same.

only concerns would be:
- rim potentially not wide enough to support the additional width (then again there are some really radical fittings so this shouldn't be a concern either)

- tire hit fender issue on the inside, which means need spacers
get it in pairs, prolly just a thin one since just 185 to 195

if you fit the tire and the clearance is still ok, then no need spacer (save your money and better wheel rigidity since no additional element)
