The servers that you'll be connected to are different. If you bought US version you'll be connected to NA server, EU version connects to EU server. The game itself is the same.

How about the latency? WHich one is lower?

Both suck, NA slightly better. Unless you're on Unifi then should be ok.

If you buy the SEA version, you'll get NA access automatically (two different accounts for the price of one).

while it is admittedly messy as no one (namely me, or fuj! wwww) is updating/cleaning it up, the relevant information is still there.
