Because the way I see it is that, when the scoreline goes 0-2, the players totally lost motivation to play the game.

Yes, we played badly. Suarez was not his usual self and Carrol was ineffective. Even Spearing and Flanno were prone to mistakes. But if the scoreline has remained 0-1, there's every possibility that we are going to score an equalizer and the morale and spirit would be higher.

IMHO, H Webb is taking revenge on Liverpool becos the the ryan babbel posting of him in a Manu shirt.

Secondly, I feel the Liv players was pressured to put on a good showing since the Big Boss was there to watch.

Different people different opinions but my opinion is that Europa League is a must for us. You can develop the youngsters by playing them in the competition, if you win the competition, you get extra money to strengthened the club. So what is useless about the competition? I think every competition is just as important as any other.
