Hope sifu here can help me answer some questions. I am offered a price of RM 1580 is it the best buy for this price? Also, this laptop would be powerful enough for ms word, powerpoint, some videos and light photoshop-ing? Also, hows the expected battery life?

Finally, is this model with the black plastic or silver aluminium? Heard different people say different things.

Yup i saw that one too. I thought Asus might be a better buy because of reliability and build quality? Because I also looked at the acer 4750 i3 version at RM1470 but it looked really weak and cheap...
