Joker what laptop you getting?

after serious consideration and very hard thinking, i narrowed my choices to this brand:

1. Dell xps15
2. Sager np5165
3. Macbook pro 13 inch

What do you guys think?

juz a quick q from a noob. i'm abit confuse between these models, look a lot similar to me. can u plz suggest which one is d best for work + a bit light gaming and mostly entertainment?

1) acer timeline 4830TG i5 2410M, GT 540M 2gb
2) lenovo v470 i5 2410M, GT 540M 1gb
3) asus a43sv i5 2410m, gt 540m 2gb
4) asus n43sl i5 2410m, gt 540m

all prices r relatively d same. so dunno which to choose.

I am currently using Dell Studio 1555. Awesome laptop with very good performance but it's so damn heavy. I hate carrying it around in my bag and travelling with it is a strict no no due it's weight. I am planning to replace it with something that is lighter and slim. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

2. Below RM1300 if possible.
3. Not really an issue. Just gonna browse net and videos on Youtube or similar sites. I would prefer something with higher res than the standard netbook one.

Looking for a laptop with long battery life, screen size 14'' or 15'' (15'' is better), have USB 3.0, with i5 sandy bridge, good cooling and aluminium built (don't like glossy or fingerprint magnet built).

Normal usage, web surf, fb, MS office, and some games and photoshop.
prefer ASUS or any brands, except Acer.
budget around rm3k+-

Well, Asus N53SN is nice, but i7 and it is EOD-ed. prefer i5 more than i7. i7 can hv overheat issue =(

I heard some people said Sager is good. I wonder how good is it, and i didnt see anyone use Sager anywhere before =/

Now im even considering HP DV6 .. OMG la headache man =.=

Went to ALL-IT today and spotted N53SV i7 version is pretty good as it comes wit optimus and also USB3.0 !
Priced at RM3299 . Was wondering if there are similar specs that are more worth it to get ??
Actually I dun game heavily or work heavily on a laptop as I have a desktop, however the N53SV i5 version does not come wit USB3.0 right ? Please share some comments and thoughts.

BTW, i was looking for 0% installment plan for Standard Chartered bank and ALL IT said there would be 5% handling fee. Is there any reliable shop that has lower % of handling fee ??? Cant afford a i7 if i am to pay without installment Might as well get from forumer devour as he also got CC payment but no installment .

Hmm make it 15" . Budget depends la 2.5k to 4k la lets say since im considering DV6 LOL ~ But design is kinda important to me .. and also the premium speakers ( dunno why i need it though maybe my ears are made of gold =.= ) But its true i actually dun really need strong GPU and processor. But i guess if i get the stronger one now it can last me for a long long time. Hopefully it comes with usb 3.0 also and optimus if its nvidia for longer battery life. That's all .. I know all the normal recommendations such as N53SV, acer 4830tg, A53SN .. Anyway , hows the performance of AMD Radeon HD 6770M (1 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
compared to Nvidia 540m ?

The dell inspiron 15 is kinda good too, but it doesnt have VGA port, I kinda need it for presentation and stuff .. And its 3299 , it'd be better to go wit HP DV6 since its i7 , dr dre headphone LOL and so on .. Just one that worth the best.

Dell XPS 15 does not have VGA port right? How do I overcome that? LOL. Need to get a convertor cable or stg ? I'll check out the Dell XPS 15 ! Hehe , hey pm me the info bro ! And do you have a english name or stg LOL ~
