You have to look at the way that you entered the exquisite OS X
A lot of patented stuff are only available on the OS X, like Expose, Spaces, GarageBand, iMovie, etc
Seriously might not be for everyone and takes some time to get used to the OS X.

If not, you might want to get the above mentioned ASUS model by JYong and also N43SL for something *special*

If you always need a laptop to do stuffs, then I suggest getting a Mac for the warranty

I saw that model in LYP the other day, rock solid and comfortable as ever.
It's very worth getting the G470 i5-2410M + Intel HD3000 variant

If you want a 14" i7 laptop, the Lenovo V470 (I think I got that right) is quite okay too. Brush aluminium finish

I agree The price is like something way out of my league for the time being
U260 looks daaaaaaaaaaamn fine, but no SB processor and no USB 3.0.
