Hi everyone. I want to ask is there any reference number when sending an item overseas? I bought some electronic components from aus and the "woman" said "she" has no reference number and she also said that she can only provide me with the senders name and receivers name.

I called the custom office and they said the computer can only find my item with a reference number. What should i do now?? I paid RM 150 for all that stuff and now i dont know where is it.

What kind of post she is using?

what service does the sender use? EMS or normal parcel? if sender sent using EMS/ registered post, there should be tracking number. if no tracking number means they sent your item by normal stamps oni. takes loooongg time though
