hi all, been reading this since the first version but still extremely confused regarding rooting and everything even though ive read alot! sigh need more time to understand i guess, which is the easist one to understand and do? and also after rooting will the phone perform alot better than if i don't root it? also, i tried to change the wallpaper on lockscreen but its so annoying because the picture has to be resized and then only a small portion of the entire picture can be shown, any advice on how to get around this? is there an app for that? saw someone few pages back had a full picture for lockscreen, how is that done? sorry for all silly questions, but i'd really really appreciate all your advice! aside from that, loving the SGSII, best phone i ever had, coming from htc and iphone 4  |

those who ordered from the korean guy on ebay.. does he use registered post or just normal untrackable post?
also any recommendations for a keyboard? find the stock one very annoying because i cant see the words i typed when in landscape mode!

thanks h11g, jonrwg, and weeluvmal and yes i do appreciate all the sarcasm  so im going to use odin to upgrade to KE7 using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278just want to confirm, i only need to download the Generic XEU right? no need to download the stock kernel unless i root the phone later on, is that correct? |
