Looks increasingly like it's going to be June but I wont mind a pleasant surprise if they wanna launch it early. Apple WWDC is in June anyway so can see if they'll preview iOS 5 and if there'll be any improvements in the OS.

My thoughts exactly, only I was hoping for Digi instead of Maxis.

Better to believe the june date to prevent disappointment.

So far, the smoothness of the UI etc. is all based on the the exynos set; I wonder how the tegra 2 phones will fare. Don't think Sammy will let the performances vary too much though but setting the prices to be lower does cause a psychological effect that tegra 2 sets are inferior.

From the gsmarena review, it seems like the Exynos chipset is better than the Tegra 2 though some things have to be taken into account (Froyo used for T2, accuracy of benchmarks etc etc)

For now, just praying we'll get the exynos in malaysia.

RedsInHell, don't take it personally. He has a point. This phone is not gonna get as much fanfare as the iPhone among non-tech followers.

Which is a good thing for us cz don't have to wait in line or worry about stock finishing fast.

I know how much you guys hate rumours so take this with a pinch of salt and please don't shoot the messenger.

First off, I'm hearing the same price as mentioned here: RM 2099. No details on specs though.

Launch will be in June although not sure if it's in the final week. Apparently, Maxis will get a 2 week exclusive before Digi launches theirs.
