I have 2 postpaid unlimited data plans : celcom RM 98/month unlimited and Celcom rm68 ( limit to 3 GB ) . My average usage is about 2-3 GB/month. Unlike KL, my place and the places I go to usually small towns does not have many WiFi hotspots, so I use 3G data a lot.
I like Celcom postpaid plans because in all my frequent trips to Singapore,  all my overseas roaming data charge is free under the postpaid contract. Example , last 3 months my roaming data charges were RM 2818, RM 1048, RM 850 but all these were discounted off to zero. I need not pay even a single sen. I only need to pay roaming call charges

I noted I was not charged the roaming when I was in UK, Brunei, Cambodia, China, HongKong, Singapore. I am not too sure which other countries has agreement with Celcom, definitely is limited to certain countries. Best is to check with your telco. But the roaming charges for calls and SMS is very shockingly expensive

for the default software that comes with the phone,

1) Does it have chinese inputs either pinyin or write the exact character? i can't find it. if there is, can to share ? if not, how to get it?

2) where is the voice -> text tool shown in the advertisement?

how is the response time from the server for our Malaysian scene? if have to wait quite long for the words to be converted to text, no use lah
