Hi All,
Was wondering if any of you could suggest me any apps to download videos from youtube to my ipad.
Or maybe any other way instead of using apps, maybe download thru PC 1st or whatever.
Any feedback is much appreaciated.
Thanks.

Mxtube from Cydia downloads YouTube videos directs into your iPad. It will use it's own playe instead on saving them into your iPad app. Just check out the reviews section in this forum on how to install it. U need a jb iPad ..

Why bother downloading from youtube pc then transfer to ipad? What if there is an app that can download videos on the ipad itself? Look up downloader, but currently it has issues to download videos from youtube, but maybe there are changes recently. My point is to open your eyes that there is such possibility. If you have JB your iPad, you can download a free app by the name MxTube in cydia which enable you to download YouTube movies directly to your iPad. Else if you don't want to JB your iPad, search and download an app in the AppStore by the name TagDisk HD lite to try it out as it can download, browse and share a lots of file format includes YouTube movie as well. Anyway if you like it, buy the full version to enjoy more features.

I have Yourtube 2 for my iPhone (Cydia App). Not sure if this will work with an iPad though. I also downloaded something called MiTube (it was in Apple Store for 2 days before it was yanked) and that also saves and plays Youtube videos.
