I use a Apacs shoe cost RM70+ (1 year plus already, that time, top the range at AJ Puchong for Apacs brand, with Power Cushion, Tyre Technology Grip, etc, etc, now cannot find anymore, discontinued), grip still good compare to Yonex Ultima that can last me 9 months only cry.gif , then become "roller blade", but, compare to Yonex Ultima, I find it bit hard, the upper not as long lasting as Yonex), glue start to disintergrate. Now, complement with protech gel insole PRO-GEL-001 (RM35). Nice feel thumbup.gif

Anyone use Protech shoe before? Any comment? Found it not too expensive (RM70+ to RM120+). Maybe want to try for my next shoe, poison by the Pro-gel-001.

Hi..
Having the best Badminton Equipment available will never replace the amount of skill and fitness needed to excel in this sport. However, choosing the right Badminton Equipment for you will definitely enhance your playing experience.

Here is the list of Equipments:

Badminton Racket
Shuttlecock
Badminton String
Badminton Shoes
Badminton Accessory

Imagine this...Badminton Equipments are like tools to a mechanic...good tools will do a good job...but good tools in skilled hands will do an excellent one...

@ Koooko

That is cheap!

Anyways I got a question. Anyone here using a replacement insole? I am thinking of getting one. Right now my foot, leg and my back is in pain. I don't recall doing other heavy duty tasks except badminton.

Read about gel insole from Spenco and tempted to get one so that I can play with minimal pain.

The blame is on myself for being overweight sleep.gif"

I am currently using one from Pro Tech, cannot remember the model, but, it made of gel, cost me RM30+ only. The feel really great rclxms.gif (as compare to the original insole), but, disclaimer first, all my badminton shoe never more than RM150 one, the most expensive is Yonex Ultima 101, cost me slightly above RM100 only, so, no comment against other more expensive shoe like Asics or higher end Yonex/ Victor/ Li Ning. In fact, I am got another one to replace my jogging shoe, it it work marvelous rclxms.gif .

But, disadvantage is that, since my badminton shoe is not Pro Tech brand, the cutting (side) sometimes can run a bit, so, got to adjust adjust a bit in between game. Thinking of sticking it using some plastecine. whistling.gif Running is ok, cause your leg moving 1 direction only, while badminton, u move multiple direction
