rm300 can get victor bs09 biggrin.gif that's what i would recommend for those who are playing doubles and wanting something less stiff. Anyway Lee Yong Dae is still using it. Or some head light model can give you the speed, but around that range i dont know any headlight model, perhaps some nanospeed series. RSL having some not bad model like those x5 series as well if u still want to use RSL brand =D

where can i get bs09 for RM300??
*
modern sports at pj old town wet market smile.gif But buy at ur own risk, i am not convinced the shop sell EVERYTHING original, but since then his business is good and he got good price, i only asked him to show me bs09 and bs11, the bs09 is CN coded with no Far East sticker, but if he got it from China himself and sell it, it is reasonable that it wont have Far East sticker. The bs11 looks legit tho. But kinda lots of positive feedback so its up to u all to check it thoroughly before buying, the price he offered is resistable tho, rm400 for bs11 smile.gif

overgrip is what u put on top of original grip to enhance the gripping on the racket especially when ur hand is big. If the original grip is good enuf for u then u can use it or just change the original grip with replacement grip(should be what u mean by normal grip). Replacement grip is to replace ur original grip, where ur hand is normal or small. But i use replacement grip over my original grip, maybe i should try just put it on the wood, because its hard to feel the edges of the grip, and it is not stable as the grip feel like a cricle instead of octagon.

No shit? That's why it's the cheapest BS09 in the country. Wonder if he gonna restock new stock?

edit: What did you see that you suspect is not original in his shop?

the bs09 no Far East sticker, and the printing is abit off actually but i heard that victor printing is not good anyway, even my BS11 the victor logo at the T joint out of alignment abit abit but i very sure mine is ori because got Far East sticker and the shop had been visited by Victor CEO from taiwan few weeks ago biggrin.gif

mx80 is said to be 1 of the best for doubles, enough power, yet it is fast. Slight head heavy and high stiffness, the stiffness is comparable to ns9900, never hold a tantrum 200 before so cant comment. I was tempted to buy it, but in the end i get bs11 because i already have ns9900 which is a stiff racket, i wan something similar a wee bit less stiff to protect my hand, which luckily it does pretty well job too especially at the speed part altho it cannot do repeating smashes when counter attack as good as ns9900, but it is good enough.

i think if u like stiff racket mx80 no doubt is good for you.

Ziggy, see if got chance let u try la haha.. yonex stiffest not ns9900, is vt 80 haha.. ns9900 less stuff than mx80 most ppl said, but some did said it is stiffer at badmintoncentral. I never use mx80 or sw35 before, would love to try biggrin.gif

Added on June 23, 2011, 7:12 pmBtw, ns990 is a beast, if u know how to use it, power wise, more than.bs11 for sure but u need to bend it, speed also faster but easier to hurt ur hand. Bs11 very fun and easy to use, power difference is actually see urself one la.. if u technique good how also good one la

i think head heavy and flex kinda alot out there actually, i tot bs09 is head heavy abit? heard ppl saying bs09 abit more head heavy than bs11, dunno also, but i felt bs09 abit heavier than bs11. yonex vt7 is head heavy abit also but the racket i used edi, no much feel, somehow i felt that yonex only their made in japan stuff is real quality, made in taiwan one really nothing to shout about. How about victor artery tec series? dunno about the stiffness but it is head heavy racket. SW37 i guess is a flex racket with some power, since superwaves is famous for power.

i think bs11 is too flexible for me perhaps haha.. or stringed too low tension. ziggy, should i use vs-850 at 26lbs or bg66um at 26lbs or stick with bg66um at 24lbs? I stringed my ns9900 to bg66um at 26lbs and oh boy, it really played very damn nice, smashes are powerful, everything is doing good, last time i stringed only 22 or 24 i forget already lolz. So i am thinking of changing my bs11.. because i feel no much power from smashes..

u can try bg66um at 26lbs or vs850 at 28lbs..vs850 is thicker and higher tension loss hence higher tension when stringing
*
oh kk.. maybe when i suddenly felt very frus i will go and change lolz... then which one should be better for smashing? bg66um or vs850? vs850 seems way cheaper than bg66um, vs850 at rm22 and rm35 for bg66um..

if u really like ns9900 or ns8000 then just get it lar smile.gif really one, my friend last time also dilemma wat racket to buy but he played with ns8000 before and he said he like the head light feel, then i straight ask him get ns9900, no need think much already, because u keep look for the racket u like from other brand, perhaps cheaper, but when u hold it u felt no what u want, then u waste money finding for sure. if u like a racket then just buy, unless u really really no budget then u need to look for something else, impossible to find something same, or near the feeling, ns9900 feeling actually i can tell u i cant find it, not even on Spira 22 which they said to be the closest match. If u wan get head-heavy and flex, then i know low budget abit got at70mg lor.. not bad also actually. maybe u will get something better off Apacs brand at lower price range. Depends on ur budget actually smile.gif Maybe u can try bs12, not bad also..

Nais, buy liao share to us ur impression smile.gif

Skulless, not like u gonna buy racket every month or every year, if u are not breaking ur racket la haha.. I already said if u buy lower budget one, u might end up with buying another one because it can't give u the feeling u want. I would rather save money for something I like then can use long time. Because u have the good feeling already, psychologically, u will compare the feeling and u will feel it doesn't feel as good as ns9900 or it doesn't feel like it, then u will waste money in the end. I suggest if u no budget then save. Up for it later, don't buy 1st.
