T200 will reward those with good techniques. I got to admit that I need a few sessions with it to get used to it...

My arm never suffered any pain from T200. Since the racket is solid upon impact with minimal vibration.

Don't have my own pic but here's a link http://everythinggoeshere.blogspot.com/201...les-racket.html

I haven't tested it yet. Will only be testing this friday. Hopefully it is another arsenal in my disposal haha.

And most importantly....enough rackets for me....but...the Dunlop model is really exciting...let's hope that my brother will buy it and not me...

No, Melaka =D

RM220 only for frame. And last unit there. FX7 & FX9 are also there with at least 2 units each.

Also the string, the tension, the gauge, the string pattern.

Actually there are too many parameters to look at when getting a racket. The more you read you will be astonished by the amount of variants even for the same model.

QUOTE(skulless @ Jun 12 2011, 10:46 PM)
Hi guys, I'm a beginner at badminton but improving on my timing and power. I have the Apacs Edgeslayer Z BG65@24/25 and Slayer 380 BG65@22/23 which are both beginner rackets. However I tried with my friend's Yonex NS 8000 with BG80@25/26 with a thick grip and I've never hit the cock with such accuracy and power before. It feels alot better and have more control.

Is this due to the racket and string type/tension? Should I invest in a better racket?
*
A lot of factors come into play when considering a racket. Better rackets comes with better technology, better materials and higher price. But ultimately, its how comfortable you are with the racket in your hand. I personally agree than you can perform better with better rackets, but the most important is choose the right racket with your style of play. You need to have a read on racket specifications and learn which best suits your level and style of play.

And yes, I think you should get a better racket if you think you've outdone your current rackets.

Review/comparison please? What other rackets do you have and how do they compare?

I only have experience with T200. And I got to say its a very good racket. My friends also agree with me.

I think it is slightly head heavy...but very slightly...the staff is stiff but a little bit flexy. Good for smashing indeed. Bought @ RM220 with string and double bag.
