everyone has bad stories.. but dont treat them as bad things.. bad stories make u grow stronger and into a better person cos u know its bad..
every house got a scripture that is difficult to read.. every person got his history in life..

come on la .. not only u have such experience.. there is many people out there who might be more worst then u .. dont make that as a reason for ur imperfectness .. no one is perfect .. but is how u can work or try to be more complete or perfect for urself ..

Everyone here have a past .. have something bad that might have happen.. but yet past is past .. why cling to it?? if everyone one keep saying i have bad memories bad stories .. then in this world everyone will be complaining bout it ... yes u can complain .. but also u must try to let go .. no use u keep telling ur ownself and other the same old story ..like that u will never move on ..

besides that there is no true self.. one person change and grows in time .. everyone is searching for who they are what they meant for till de day they die.. so just be yourself and u will know as time pass...

Hence why you feel a heavy burden.. Let go of the lies.. You will really feel a lot better.. Trust me.. It did for me.
