O Levels - Form 5 (17). If you've already finished your studies, you should be able to take O Levels this year right?

Price is around 200 right (at the time you bought it?) for the cooler? That's already half the price of the processor which is IMHO expensive.

I don't think there's an age restriction for O-Levels. If not, how are the Singaporeans/Malaysians taking degrees while still less than 17?

Oops, not half, that's not the price 2 years ago. But AMD's performance is underpowered anyways, it's no surprise.
