Quite right to certain extent...Not being racist or what but normally you can see more Malays willing to offer a helping hand compared to other races in West M'sia.
Others either see for a while then ciao or just take numbers
As for me, if i see there's alot of people already stopped and help, i just move on. If there is no one, then i'll stop.
