there are a few gym in taiping but not really well equipped.

If you know Simpang Long Wan building, there's one where I always train =)

Another one in Kamunting, just right above 711 own by a mamak. Bigger and more equipment there.

Perhaps, rakan muda bukit jana also have but i didnt go there before.

And one more, in Taiping area, if u know old "Lido" cinema which now is a restaurant.. Just right opposite there. Is above a coffeshop name "Kwan Seong" if im not mistaken.

If you happen to know the only bus station to genting highland at simpang, the gym just accross the street. You can see a market name Long Wan.

There's a signboard "Body Power Gym" and it is in blue colour.

Check it out. I might hit that gym on saturday evening. Catch u up there
