You cannot compare the E7 with the E11. The E7 is a USB/DAC amp while the E11 is a pure amp. Totally different function, different animal.

Got my E11 yesterday evening . I have E3 (sold) and also E5 (both 1st version, bought just after available to market). E3 is out of question here, cannot compare.

Compare to E5, E11 give more OMMPH to the music. Without the amp, my SRH440, I can hear some sound that missing before. Added E11, there is even more. Bass tighter and punchier. Balance in high.

Most of time I put gain to Low and EQ to 1 or 2, depend on the music type. That what I like about E11, got switch that will give a different sound. I like to change it on the fly.

Really recommended to all if you use DAP most of the time.

lately my iphon4 + LOD + E11 can hear some interference sound when total silent..donno is it a defect or not..

after using LOD with e11, the sound is much better. sound transparency become so clear. I can't stop listening to them right now.

If before using LOD and I said that the sound is good or best, I was naive. after set up DAP > LOD > E11 > AKG K26P sounds is ... outrageous.
No words can exactly describe the feeling. only turn the volume 10% of E11 and my headphone starts to vibrate because of the volume is too loud.

the experience from changing interconnect cable to LOD is very dramatic. LOD is way more clearer, more details, more pure, and loud, though loud is not the reason to buy LOD, but the details and everything... trust me you won't regret buying it. e11 performs very well indeed. just put correct the source and it will rock your ears.
