According to the description, 4.3.3 is suppose to save battery. I'm using 4.3.1 and my iPad 2 lasts 10 hours daily with at least 10-15% more when I reached home.
Constant using wifi to browse and also to type notes

I think 4.3.2 also save battery life. But because of jailbreak, battery will drain faster.

So far 4.2.1 is the best while 4.3.2 drain battery very fast, will gonna try 4.3.3 as it stated improve battery life from reviews. Jailbreak drain battery faster? ....lol

I updated from 4.2.1 GP to 4.3.2 Redsnow, to be frank I didn't notice any significant differences in terms of battery life.

Here's what I found in the net regarding the iOS 4.3.3 FW includes:
◦The update will no longer back up the location database to iTunes.
◦The size of the location database will be reduced.
◦The location database will be deleted entirely when Location Services are turned off.
◦Battery life improvements.
◦iPod bug fixes.
