As i am aware, there're 3 ways of working out.
1. To increase muscle size.
2. To increase strength.
3. To increase endurance.

My question is, what's the difference? As in how does the workout regime change.
Let's say, I'm interested in increasing muscle size, so how is my work out like?
Or maybe I'm a power lifter, so how is my work out like?

Please provide relevant examples if possible too.
