I am very disppointed that only the records within 1 year can be traced while I have up to 10 years of records needed to be managed. I google and found the same problem confronted by many Ipad / Iphone users. Reason may due to Apples want fast search result.
Anyone has solution for this ?

Do u mean the built in calendar ini iPad? It's a simple app.
I would suggest using other apps to manage your 'database' of 10 years so that it's more reliable and manageable. Wle o not sure of your records, u can try filemaker go. It a powerful (iPad standard la) db tool that required $$$ but will allow u create multiple db for recording and it's customizable.

The calendar records are those data sync from Calendar in Outlook and appointments in Calendar from Windows Mobile device.
