So far I haven't experienced any bad feedbacks during the progress of my CC application with HLB from Classic till Gold Card. The only negative ones that I've encountered so far was the Flexi Payment Plan for the 0% Interest free after swiping the LCD TV 3 days later I called up and they said it will be processed and wait for the bank's call.

In the end, no calls or updates from them and ended up the whole amount is listed in the bill statement.

Yea. After that incident onwards I will not try to convert the purchases to the 0% interest free method myself. Preferably by the shop.

Its a matter of luck I guess .. but their promotion for the CC especially the Kids eat for Free is really good for family based. smile.gif

Out of a sudden, got a call from them regarding the Cash-On-Call scheme. Normally what makes them call you ? Any specific criteria ?

Have anyone encountered incidents like a amount of money been frozen or deducted from your savings account and there wasn't any info stated that why is it has been deducted ?

I've tried calling Customer service few times as well as the branch outlet that I opened the account with but no one is manage to assist me on this matter.

What should I do ? Wait for it to be processed ? Its been a week.

Thanks for the feedback. I am quite dissatisfied with the way they speak to me as well. Keep repeating the same statement that the funds are being frozen and deducted and under processing stage. But when asked for what purpose the funds been frozen, they just ignore and said they've got no idea.

Strarbucks voucher ? How to get them ? Any pre-requisites ?smile.gif

Correct, being deducted by what they said HQ Office but without proper reason being announced. I guess I will give them a call tomorrow again and see how it goes again.
