i have 2 frds also have problem v HLB credit card...

his case...1st apply, wait for 1 month...then credit card not sampai, but statement sudah ada with gov tax..then my frds call them they said okok will settle for u..then 2nd month..card not sampai...guess what ...gov tax + late payment charges...then call them ask what happen..they said card sudah activated..but didnt even get the card..then ask for cancel...but they said canot cancel..have to pay 1st...

ok, after the conversation, the HLB staff said ok...u take the card and pay the gov tax first...then after that we refund back the gov tax and u can continue using it...after few days, my frds got the card and the CS said please use it to activate ur card minimum of 3 transaction....then my frds go to buy something and swap the card...u know what "card error"....call the CS again..then CS said "we alrdy help you cancel the card" ...!! very very very GOOD....my frds said "money sudah bayar..card sudah canceled" ..

CS said "can i know what is ur problem"..my frds said "the problem i have is i didnt know what is your problem ".....

2nd case another frds...credit card tied with zinc touch&go...go cancel ..they said u got rm30 inside, we dont help u cancel since got money, they said we will give u 3 weeks time to use finish the credit then oli we cancel it..then my frds go pay tol(touch&go) ...card not active...need to reserve car go another lane pay cash...call them what happen they said " we alrdy cancel your card" ....

well done HLB..!! hahaha....!!!
