3) 2 days after, my card is approved. Received a call from one of their officer mentioning that they cannot send the card to home address and need to collect at the branch that near with my home which is Setia Alam.
4) After that, received an email that I can collect the card within 2-3 working days. I went to the branch, the branch is CLOSED due to 1 of the staff got Covid-19. The staff that used to call me to collect at the branch didn't even BOTHER TO CHECK whether the branch is OPEN or CLOSED due to the Covid-19 issue.
5) I went again for another week and they mentioned my card still hasn't arrived yet. The reason they gave is the branch closed for 1 week.
6) Now I still didn't get the card, so much hassle and yes, I'm going to cancel the card after this.

Frankly the HLB service have not improved ..it really suck .Opening a saving account took 5 days for approval despite went to the branch , and that's ifor priority banking ..so if it's a normal banking I don't know how long you need to wait .
