 Hong Leong Bank - WORST service, VERY BAD experience @ Hong Leong Bank CC

Dear Guys,

here is my story.

Last 2 months ago , I received a call from the Hong Leong (that time is Eon Bank) credit card dept about the CC approval and inform me to collect the credit card.
I told her that I not interested on that card anymore.
Yesterday (08-09-11) I received the credit card billing from Hong Leong that I've been charge GST, I never ever receive and activate the card.
How can I be charge for that?
Today (09-09-11) I went to Hong Leong Pavilion branch ask for explaination and cancellation on that card.
The CS told me that she not able to reverse the GST charge.
I told her, I will email to BNM to complaint about the issue as what I did this afternoon.

*I thought bank only charge us GST when activate the new card. Correct me if I wrong

Advise is needed for this issue.

This issue need to go back 2 month ago when i join the health club, I sign a package that require me to do an installation payment using CC.

Before I apply for the 3 application CC, I've inform the SA very clearly that proceed with one CC application first, if unsuccess then only proceed the next.

But they never listen and proceed with 3 application CC at the same time without my knowledge.

Now i stuck with this HL CC issue. Beside that, I still have this RHB CC that never activate and planning to go for cancellation next week.

Just want to share with you all, my case with HLB. I able to make them to reverse the RM50 GST after complaint to the BNM. refer to the screenshot letter from HLB.
