Stupid hlbank tat day i tried to withdraw 1k frm  their ATM but the money nvr come out and suddenly system down,one week later I only realized they deducted my money. Lodged a report one week ord still nvr deposit back the money to me. What can I do? I didn't even get the receipt frm the machine tats y I didnt take immediate action and only realized one week later.
