Asking for help from experienced users and pros here, I have a problem with the internet , it gives me "Packet data: Packet Data connection unavailable" error! I have tried everything I can find on the net, problem is, I cant access the APN control (it doesnt appear in my phone) , so problem cant be solved. Thanks!

Anybody able to get the latest firmware update? I used via OTA to check for software updates, there aren't any updates for the firmware. Currently using 52.0.007.
