after 1.5 years using my 5800xm, i think it's a time to soft reset my phone.
before that need to ask few questions...

a) soft reset will restore my phone like new but how about my memory card? i want my memory card restore like new also...

b) can we format memory card via phone before soft reset?

c) soft reset will restore the old firmware too?

d) how about 3rd part applications like opera, garmin, etc... better uninstall 1st before soft reset?

i dunno... currently my phone is ok but there's a lot of unwanted folder in the memory card & the name is a bit weird.
when i want to try to delete, error msg 'folder not found' appear'...

i think it can solve via formatting my memory card coz i've faced same situations with my usb pen drive...
after formatted it, all the weird folder gone...

or other way, just format the memory card only w/out soft reset...
i dun hv memory card reader so need to format via phone...
and re-installed back all the 3rd party applications which i stored in memory card...
