For me, not only punching that maid... I would punch the parents as well. How could a parents ever left the small child with a maid alone at home. We know this people are not trustworthy.

Yeah, even relatives is not 100% trustworthy... we do read from papers that some bad bbsitter is relatives too. So.. must be very selective when choosing someone caring for our child, best if could get our parents (grandparents of the child). As we surely know whether they have "mental" issue.. as we grow up in their arm.

If no other option, I would rather send my child to daycare center instead of leave them alone with maid. At least daycare were licensed and they got a few more adults to keep an eye on each other and with so many parents send in their kids.. anything wrong.. sure someone will notice soon enough.

I wonder y ppl think a maid (a stranger) alone in the house with the kids is save. Won't they worry the maid will get bored and get out of the house with the kids without the master's knowing it... or leave the kids at home while she go out.. or worst.. simply do anything to the kids.

If couldn't get any close relatives or someone we know for long time to take care of the baby/kids, won't daycare centre is still a better option? Of coz some ppl worry baby/toddler is too young to send to daycare, I would suggest one of the parent to take long leave and stay home 1 yr. If can't do so.. no need have children. They are too busy to be parents at all.
What's the point having a baby and dump it at home with a maid.. praying to get a good maid. If the maid is so good, the child might love her more than own parents... what's the point?
