I cannot watch -- tak sampai hati, I don't have the heart...

What can we do about the situation? The most ideal solution would be, one parent stay at home (and in our culture, most probably the mom) to take care of the kids instead of having to hire a maid. OR, if you are hiring a maid, think about having other 'adult' supervision at home, parents, relatives etc, so that they can keep an eye out on the maid. OR, only hire a maid if your kid is big enough to tell you what's going on...

BTW, I thank God everyday for the fact that my kids are being taken care of by my parents..
