iPad2 image error, Wifi 4.3.1

Hi all,
I'm currently having a problem with images. I noted that during loading, I can c the image but when it fully load, it turned to a ? In a box. Any idea what happened? iPad 2 16gb wifi Running on hotspot from htc desire hd Using Digi iPhone plan 4.3.1 version Kindly note that I was reading comic halfway when this happened.
