hi guys, I've scored a wonderful Canon Canonent QL17. I guess I need to have somebody clean/service it. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy camera technician in KL/PJ that can do a good job ?

They are more into repairs actually. What optical viewfinder are you looking for?

You can either use the heading aid batts, or replacement PX625 batts, which are more expensive. The hearing aid batts are rated at 1.55V which is a little higher than the 1.35V of mercury batts. They should still work, but the light meter readings might be a little off.

Any. Silver ones would be great, although anything will do. Looking for viewfinders, optical ones as well as square/almost square lens hood, like the classic cams use lah. Know anywhere?

Found one in YL Pudu Plaza, black voigtlander 35mm. But that's all that they have :s

You can actually buy PX625 batteries from Cheah. According to him, that battery is still available in China and IINM sold at RM5.00 each.
