guys, is the 2.3 upgrade already available? coz i see this in htc website Update – HTC Desire HD Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update Your phone will receive a notification of FOTA update when it is made available. Simply press OK to accept the update via a data connection such as Wi-Fi or GPRS/3G. After installing the update, you can confirm a successful update by confirming the Build number (From the Home Screen go to MENU> Settings> About Phone> Software Information> Software number). The new Build number after the update will be 2.36.405.5. Update: Android 2.3 upgrade. Note:Please back up your data first before upgrading your phone. We recommend using a free Wi-Fi hotspot or an unlimited data plan to apply this update. If not, standard data connection charges may apply. For any questions, please contact us at http://www.htc.com/www/CA_Hotline.aspx

using tutorial in FP
Begin to Root:
→ 1st, Make sure you tick USB Debugging.
Menu → Settings → Applications → Developement → USB Debugging (tick it)
Then plugin cable to phone, and choose Charge Only connection type.
→ 2nd, download Radio Flash.zip given above and extract it. And also, download radio zip
files (up to you which radio you want) from attached given above. Extract radio image to
Radio Flash folder.
→ 3rd, open Radio Flash folder and open / click START HERE. Then Command Prompt window
will appear. Just type “adb reboot bootloader” (without quote). So, the command that
you type will automatically reboot your phone and boot into bootloader option.
→ 4th, once your phone in bootloader option, just type “fastboot flash radio radio.img”
(without quote). Just wait for the command to be done. And after it’s done, type
“fastboot reboot” (without quote). Your phone will auto reboot. DON

QUOTE(Atsutane-Shirane @ May 25 2011, 11:14 PM) DiGi sets should be 1.32.707.5... When I first receive my set the number is 707.1... But last time after send services they install 707.5... You could go to SIS and say your phone nvr receive OTA update... They should help you... or this can help http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...6&postcount=698?
