There is no 5.1.5 (this one is actually a minor update but not released to public)..mike gonna jump directly to 5.1.6

Answer from a noob

1. No need to download full, just download the update file will do and just flash it like normal rom
2. Again, no need full wipe, cache & dalvik wipe also no need but can do also
3. In CWM, go to ADVANCE menu, in there got option to wipe battery stats

TB Fusion is with all those Sense 3.0 add-on pre-installed...while TashakBate 7.0.5 Is the original form of TB Fusion (clean without add-on) but you can add those Sense 3.0 add-on yourself

Well, 1.4.x is GB 2.3.3 while 1.5.x is 2.3.4 (an update in GB build)...you won't feel that much differences as its the same
