Got a q, my friend try to flash i00 v 5.3 from tb fusion but for stuck in bootloop. He 'clean wiped' prior to flash.

Alrighty sighs, need your help here,
My friend has decided to root n flash his phone. What he did (based on what he told me) was,
1. Created a gold card.
2. Flashed via gold card (success)
3. Root phone via visionary ( success)
4. Radio s off via easy radio tool ( success)
5. Eng s off, ( success)
6. Boot in recovery via bootloader ( stuck on HTC logo), no bootloop. More than 15 minutes stuck.
Any thought? What might have gone wrong and what to do?

Apologies there. He did install ROM manager and flashed the latest recovery. I advised him to backup from recovery via bootloader, not through ROM manager. But somehow he got stuck at the HTC screen.
