i am going to Ikea this weekend, alone...

after purchase, i have carry all da heavy loads to the carpark? is there a loading bay where i can park n load stuff after purchase?

you see i am going alone, so it might be a trouble for me if i were to put my buys some there n drive ma car there to load it.

you could also opt for elivery to your home.

oh there is loading bay...

i am not fr around KL and delivery to penang is too expensive. the delivery is more expensive then what i am getting.

TS please measure your car internals before proceedings. Some Ikea packages are rather long and narrow.

Ikea have they own parking hence you could just walk in and put your stuff there...

the ikea/ikano car park.. also double up as the loading bay for cars.. they have a section that is a loading bay/ikea enterence/lift in the car park...

just make sure you measure properly else you gonna regret
best if you have mpv or van or suv....

fyi, u can't push the trolley to the car park.
if you want to move your car to the loading area, you have to leave your things near the loading area.
maybe u have to ask the guard there to "jaga" your things

very confusing? since i cant move the trolley there.. what am i suppose to do?
like zaqre said, ask guard jaga only lo~

or is there 2 carpark we are talking about here?

There is only 1 carpark, split over 2 floors (P1 and P2).

The loading bay for customers is located in P2.
The problem with going there alone is this:

1) you picks your stuff from warehouse, go pay at cashier, then push trolley to loading bay
2) you must find a trusted person to jaga your trolley , because you need to walk to your car nearby* and drive it to the loading bay
3) you load your stuff into your car and cabut.

On weekends... parking are limited. So the nearby might be 200 metres away.

i think friday mornin should be fine.
or can i park at da entrance? i think the trolley should be able to reach there, right?

but can i troll the trolley there?

at the basement there got loading zone what..

just ask the jaga to help u.. i always do that all the time

just talk w the staff, they r friendly enuf to help u jaga the stuff

since many is giving advise on parking and loading, just a small reminder, don't forget to give your parking ticket to the cashier when u pay for your goodies, it'll be FREE .
