Go for R2600 if possible, if not then R1900TIII, if volume control at the back is a problem then go for R2500.

R2500 is about 11kg and the whole box is 12kg.
R2600 is very good for the price~ Can go moderate loud and sound good.

Good to hear you can find a new one. About the Swans it is really poisoning, and is up to you see whether you can save up for it or not 
Enjoy it~ position it with equilateral triangle to get good sound stage and imaging.
Then R1900TIII should be the one.
Btw, just don't expect too much from M1250, just mod it if you want it to sound better.
