Need some help here, juz bac from work n now open a song, i hear hissing/static sound from my right sub-satellite. edifier C3 here
may i know wat cause this? use not more than half year..lol
nvm, found out is that song got problem ==||

guys want to ask...how to mod my edifier c3 to increase the bass? want to make it a little powerful if its possible tongue.gif bass is ok for now....but would like to increase it for gaming like fps games brows.gif

i see u guys always recommend to put stuffing in the speakers....put it in my satellite or subwoffer?

Mod it by changing the subwoofer to a S730 one, and... two satellites with S730 ones too. Erm... Don't forget to change the amp for s730's control unit and the tiny blue screen remote~~ whistling.gif whistling.gif

you need to replace the subwoofer. try 8inch with 4ohm driver. 50W should be ok. or replace the whole subwoofer and box entirely.

replacing the amp is also possible but that's just same as replacing the whole system.

You don't get nismo. The amp is rated for 4ohm but edifier throw in a 8ohm subwoofer. That's why it's underpowered and that's why nismo suggested changing the subwoofer which probably cost less than changing the amp.
