i have a problem with my photoshop colour picker. its CS5.

I am not able to use any colour other than black and white and colour within its range.

if i pick blue on the picker, the colour will end up as dark grey, same goes to when i pick green, red ...

its only black and white and grey. i restarted the program many times, i just cant use any other colours...

while MS paint works fine..

anyone experience this problem before?
