thanks to another bro who came to pay a deposit for his Trans set, will be coming to get it installed next wednesday

and at the mean time, his friend bought one Trans 4 channel amp to power up his woofer and front speaker

hi,
the tape that u use to stick the tweeter dont stick properly.
my tweeter fall out and then broke when i slam the door closed.
can i claim for warranty?

hehe good after sales service has been proven, has bought this trans package for 4 months and due to my reckless driving skill going through a hard bump have cause the cable loose and the woofer has nonfunctional since then.. come back to Sh@rty shop and he settle for me rclxms.gif

Hi, sorry if I bumped in - I have no relation with the owner and I know this may not or none of my business, but from logical term of view, your device met with an 'accident'.

So unless you are 'insured' then you may claim, 'warranty' is just for product which are defective - meaning if the tweeter produces a cracked sound or have no more sound - then you are able to claim for warranty.

I feel your loss that the sticker came out of place - but this may happen because of the heat build up inside your car that makes the adhesive loose.. and unfortunately it came off + you didn't realize that it did and slammed the door causing the tweeter to break 'because of your own doing' - mistakes - or accident - hence it is not covered under warranty.

However, I will let the business owner decide, for me it's just an explanation so you don't hope much.

so those who have problem with their setup after installing never feel shy to drop us a pm to let us know.
