this is the first time i'm using pos-ekspres and unfortunately, after sending the parcel only did i realize i forgot to get my tracking number for my customer.

luckily for me, the books are given for free to her, and i bear all shipping cost this time. but in order not to repeat the same mistake in the future, i'd like to know where do i get the tracking number?

you can get from the sticker the front page of the letter..

There is one sticker need to be pull off for you.

Even though I have use pos express more than 5 times, I always read what is written on the paper/envelope to make sure I don't make any mistake.

yeah, i didn't read what's written on the envelop carefully. i just made sure that i wrote my recipient's and my address correctly,hehe
