My area is around puchong.
My roof suspect to be leaked and it spoils the plaster ceiling as well
I need someone who able to fix the roof leak and the plaster ceiling as well if possible..

To be really sure that the roof gets fixed correctly
1.Repair the damaged area.
2.Wait when it rains Cats and dogs.
3.When it leak again, personally go underneath the roof to see where the leak comes from
4.Repeat step one to four again until fully fixed.

get his service in May 2015. service done. then in Nov, water still leaking at the very same spot at the roof tiles. Now my toiler plaster ceiling is damaged. The longer i wait, the more damaged.
around week nov 16 called him to come repair it, cause it is the same spot from the previous fixing.

He came and have a look. but due at this time, rain is coming. he said cannot fix it.

few days later, i called and he said VERY BUSY.
So i gave him some times, WIN-win situation.
I even volunteer to drive from 40 KM from working area during weekdays at evening to just get this fixed.

There are couple of days, sunny day with no rain. He still doesnt want to come and fix it.

Today, i called. He did not pick up my phone.
It is not my intention to keep pushing him. And i gave 1-2 weeks time already.

I will see and wait when he will come to fix it, something that may take couple of minutes.

Actually not difficult for roof leak. I estimate most of problem due to;

1) tiles - mis-alignment (strong wind), crack/broken (hot/cold/hot etc).
Remedy: re-align n replace.

2) flashing [the part "L" metal sheet between wall n roof-tile] - rusted, silicon joining flashing n wall came out
Remedy: new silicon or new flashing

Find a daily rate worker n work with him on the above and will not cost you more than a few hundred RM.

If you are not sure, not confident, don't know where to find daily rate worker, many professional contractors listed here. Pay a bit more only 😃

I'm so sorry for your experience. After I read your commend I try to avoid this roof contractor. But after try to call several other contractor given by friends and this page, either they are not roof specialist or too arrogant to attend me. (Might be busy). I have no choice but to call this only contractor left in my list, Ah Kok 0125665342 to try my luck. And to my surprise it turn out well. We got all our roof job done by him (MR ROOF SDN BHD). Cuz initially I just ask them to repair roof leakage at my master bed room (to try their service la since have bad comment), after 3 months or so we tested the roof is not leaking so we just ask them to do all the roof job. After all looking for a roof specialist is sooooo difficult in Malaysia. I have friends in the state most of them say it is so easy to get one in the US. :-/

Well this is my own experience, may be he is not so good in the past? I'm not sure. I just want to share my experiences to you guys so if you need good quality roofer you can try MR ROOF. Website: www.mrroof.com.my
