Microsoft on iPad without installing windows OS, Help needed, newbie to iPad, thanks

if you want to just open those files, use goodreader. For editing look up those office apps. Not sure which one is the best, Pages and Numbers can be looked into.
Anyone here knows if excel pivot tables are supported by any office apps? I need to know! No real experts on this question yet.

btw, u cant install windows os in ipad.. at least not easily, and i dont think u want to. goodreader can be used to open the doc file. apple pages is an app that u can use to read and edit word docs. keynote would replace powerpoint. pages is for ms word. and numbers is for excel.
