now grace period for celcom line is 50 days only, after that your
line will be terminated..

Just go to celcom center to activated it back..

for celcom, need to check 1st with them by calling their customer service..if still within their reinstate period...yes u can get back the number..need to reload rm10 with them..

for tunetalk, u need to reload rm50..

for maxis u need to kindly request back from them is u want it back in prepaid..otherwise just opt for postpaid then change back to prepaid

for xox, need to call their customer service..no topup needed...

digi - NO re activate provided

all the above option are only valid if the number are still within their reinstate period regardless of which telco that might differs on their reinstate period

all the above are based on my real experience.....

i heard before that DiGi recycle terminated prepaid numbers after just one month

maybe the period is longer now they have the extra 011 prefix numbers to hand out

1 month only ???i think its too fast..as maybe after the number recycled then new owner might be having problem having calls and smses from unknown contact to the previous owner before... hmm.gif

i agree entirely.. i found with new DiGi number, even prepaid internet sim, quite often get sms intended for previous users of that number.. at least 6 months waiting period would be more reasonable

My number got terminated today. To reactivate back, you need to get a 30 top up coupon from 7E and call customer service to reactivate back. They will get the SN from the coupon and activate within 15 minutes. All these need to be done within a day of termination it seems. Otherwise you will loose your number forever.

Thanks, I tried, it's not ringing. I called celcom multiple times, multiple places, they said number has gone to public, they will inform me, if I can get it back by purchasing post paid line, but never called back.
