minor renovation cost

hi guys, i hope i can get rough figure of price.. budget now..
 This is the current structure. i want to extend it a bit, relocate the door and replace sliding door with panel window.. 
this is my projection of new structure.. the extended part wont need ceiling coz already have..

ok, this is my plan layout.. most probably the reno will start on june.. so i need some kind of advise on pricing.. going to survey starting now..
