the sky pool looks amazing.
reckon it's a very good rental proposition with its current pricing.

on the contrary, i think this is their unique proposition instead.
not everybody likes pigeonhole and maximising rooms within a unit.

eg. at say RM3-3.5k rental per month, tenants can now opt for vortex (smaller size with more rooms) vs face (spacious layout with single room configuration).
