Sure! How mia? Other than this one, what other larvae do you have? Chalcosoma caucasus's larvae ada? If possible, I don't really want the L1 ones. Have to wait so long to see a beetle.. :\

LOL brb P.g. giraffa and odontolabis femoralis are not for sale though,I only sell/give away if I have more than 30 larvae of a species so fingers crossed that the O. femoralis female lays more than the miserable 4 eggs she laid in the 1st month This post has been edited by LeeChiaHow: May 26 2011, 12:29 AM

Are the larvae enough to be sold at a cheap price? All the females only laid 4 eggs? Something wrong with the enclosure is it?

Rhino beetle larvae can be sold at a cheap price, but not for stags though because of the time taken to collect the wood and make the substrate I've only one O. femoralis female o.o

Are the C. caucasus and X. gideon beckeri rhino beetles or stags?
Does that mean rhino beetles dont need to collect wood and make substrate? Wah if like that senang alot lo.

Wah if like that senang alot lo. yeap, they're rhino beetles If you're lazy, can just use store bought organic compost for the larvae but it'll be better to mix in 30% of decaying wood mulch into the compost in a 3 to 1 ratio This post has been edited by LeeChiaHow: May 26 2011, 12:51 AM

Where to find decaying wood mulch? Forest?
If I use that method to make substrate for them, will it be good enough for them to have nice horns?

For C. caucasus,if you want to get major males, you need to feed the larvae the same substrate as stag beetle larvae If you don't mind small to medium males, normal organic compost will work just fine X.g.b. will grow big in any substrate

Major males means bigger ones and minor means smaller ones right? I think I'll make the stag beetle substrate lo.
I read your substrate making guide. What's a harwood log? Is it hardwood log? Where do you find yours?

Ooooh nice. Dont know if you have this, but check this out bro. They don't leave the wood submerged in water for more than a couple of days. http://www.naturalworlds.org/scarabaeidae/..._breeding_1.htmDon't know if you've read that before. There are caresheets too. But you already pro. I dont think you need caresheets already.

That caresheet only for rhino and flower beetles The decaying log for the stag beetles to lay eggs needs to be submerged in water for a day(moisten it and kill of pests since the logs are from the jungle) and later dried in a cool shady place
